Privacy Statement

The Institute for Media and Entertainment (IME) understands that the privacy of our web users is important. Our Privacy Policy (outlined below) was created with the recognition that Internet technologies continue to develop and evolve rapidly, and that such changes may require us to alter our Privacy Policy. Any alterations will not affect our commitment to the protection of our visitors' privacy, and will be posted on this page.

Information Gathering

IME has a collaborative relationship with IESE Business School (University of Navarra). IESE Business School, the graduate school of management of the University of Navarra, is located in Barcelona and Madrid and has facilities in Munich, New York and Sao Paulo. It offers MBA, Global Executive MBA, Executive MBA and Ph.D. in Management degrees, as well as a wide range of Executive Education programs for global senior executives and Continuing Education programs for alumni.

Due to IME and IESE Business School jointly offering programs, IME intends to share your contact information (name and surname, physical address, phone number and e-mail address) with IESE (University of Navarra), located in Spain, at Av. Pearson, 21 08034 Barcelona, for the purpose of offering you more opportunities for training and professional development at the highest level, and for sending you information by any means (including electronically) about the activities of IME and IESE on education. You have the right at any time to see a copy of your data, to make corrections to that data or to ask it to be removed from the database by sending an email requesting this to info@ime.edu. Upon receipt of the email and validation of the address, IME and IESE will comply with your request.

IME may inform your company or employer about your interest in IME programs in order to facilitate corporate agreements. However, IME will not sell, trade, lease, or otherwise disclose to a third party (other than IESE) any personal information provided during the information request or application process. We will not provide any of your personal information to third parties without your permission, unless compelled by law or court order to do so.

The IME site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. While no transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, we take precautions to protect the personal information that you provide on our site.
